A unique landmark at Piccadilly Circus' core is the London Trocadero. When added to our portfolio, the building had a stagnating reputation that was to the detriment of the Leicester Square/Piccadilly neighbourhood. With our time, creativity and investment it’s now the beacon of Piccadilly Circus and home to some of the city's favourite leisure destinations including the flagship Picture House Cinema, FIVE GUYS burger restaurant, Chinese favourite Haidilao Hot Pot and 90's classic, the Crystal Maze experience.
Joining the 'destination A-list' in early 2020, this immense, super-central building is now the proud home to the flagship Zedwell; a new hotel, brand and lifestyle concept constructed to create the perfect environment for sleep, positive health and wellbeing.
As well as 740 rooms, the hotel has a state-of-the-art gym, high spec yoga studio, contemporary lounge and co-work space and to top it off (literally), a stunning rooftop bar and restaurant space. One of the biggest in Europe. This rooftop destination can hold over a thousand people at any one time and also gives those who venture up to enjoy the space, breath-taking 360-degree views of the capital in all its glory.
